Senjyu Restaurant @Cineleisure

无奈啊……无奈~~~
大家都知道我在寿司店里工作的吧?
不过,如果你们都以为我天天都有寿司吃的话,你们就大错特错了!

那里的寿司每两个小时就会换1次,以保持新鲜。
所以,当没什么人拿寿司时,师傅就会拿下来点算一番后,然后你会看着他一盘一盘的丢掉!~
[心痛ing~~~你知道丢的是什么吗?就是Salmon,Maguro,Hokkigai,Ebiko,Unagi…当中,虾和salmon丢最多了!~大家算算吧…你们每次进日本餐给了RM100++的食物,我每天都看到而且还眼睁睁的看着它“出现”在垃圾桶里……]

*很好看吧?当然也很好吃咯……你们看,这里卖的都是premium sushi,肉身较长,大概有15cm的!不过,都丢!!!*
#Nice sushi?!But sad to say that I always saw these sushi inside the rubbish bin, because this particular sushi shop change the food every 2 hrs, to make sure it stay fresh to customer.#

你们一定会问,为什么他或我们不留下来自己吃对吧?
事实是,那里的员工都想要吃啊,不过公司就是规定不能!
宁愿丢垃圾桶,也不能吃!!!
[阿米驼佛,浪费是万万不能得……这家老板小心老来没饭吃啊!]
我其实是想吃salmon,然后就把饭丢掉~~hehe~~


*本公主在这里当waitress,自然就懂得这些所有的名字咯……这盘冬冬叫做salmon mango hana maki, 滑滑得salmon里散发出香香的芒果味。也在差不多2个小时在垃圾桶“见面”……*

*这盘呢……是Maguro goma maki, (maguro=tuna),不要问我味到如何……因为我不曾尝试过……]


*吃过鹅肝(Foie Gras)吗?这盘Foie Gras and Oyster Mentaimaki, 我有试过哦~~呵呵…… 一级棒!*

其实,这家寿司店的价格比较高,不过食物也比较多于高级享受的……
价格方面,如果你是喜欢吃的朋友,这里的刺身(sashimi)绝对新鲜!我看着它1个礼拜进货2~3次,你说,新鲜吗?有机会光临这家店的朋友,我介绍几样菜让你试试……如果能,就来到千寿@Cineleisure的试试,比较大间也比较多种类的食物任你选择……
If you get a chance to any of Senjyu Restaurant, I'll like to recommend some dishes as you get some idea while ordering it. But if can better to go to Senjyu@Cineleisure cos there have more choices compare to Sunway Piramid.
Cineleisure got Yakimono焼き物[ food that cooked with terriyaki sause]but sunway don't.

1) Salmon/salmon belly [sushi/sashimi]
2) Toro/ Maguro(tuna belly/ tuna) [sushi/sashimi]
3) Spider cheese maki
4) Wagyu Beef
5) Inaniwa Udon with tori ankake

6) (海胆)Uni & (Salmon蛋)Ikura premium maki 海胆といくらピームリメン巻
7) Cheese Niniku Kushiyaki
8) Unagi Tamago Kushiyaki

呵呵~~介绍那么多,记得来试试咯^^不过,没有特别优惠哦~~~
